This Powerpoint explores and provides examples of what constitutes an effective leader. In addition to outlining the key concepts of effective leadership, the themes covered are presented in a variety of contexts, in order to demonstrate that leadership is present not just in the typical environments that are often quoted. An awareness of leadership being present in every field of human activity, and its importance will hope to give audience members a clear idea of the fundamentals of leadership, giving them a starting point to develop their own skills in this area.
